Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Lift Labs website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Digital Products — All Sales Final
The AI Agents Guide + Interactive Workbook (the "Product") is a digital product that is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately after purchase. Because the Product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the Product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive and similar laws).
2. Limited Exceptions
We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error on our part.
- Non-delivery: you did not receive access to the Product, you contacted us within 14 days of purchase at Info@liftlabs.com, and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- Unauthorized charge: the purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method without your authorization and you have notified your card issuer.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the request is made in bad faith, or if the Product has been substantially used, copied, downloaded, shared, or redistributed in violation of our Terms.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the limited exceptions above, email Info@liftlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the order/receipt number from Stripe;
- the date of purchase; and
- a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
4. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in termination of your access to the Product, suspension of future purchases, and recovery of any related fees. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (for example, claiming non-delivery after having accessed the Product) may be referred to law enforcement and reported to credit-reporting and fraud-prevention databases.
5. Promotional Pricing & Discount Codes
Discounted, promotional, or bundled purchases are final and not eligible for partial or retroactive price adjustments if prices change after your purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
